Surgical Products

Four regenerative biologics. One standard. Chosen, not assembled.

Lotus Medical carries four surgical implants and biologics — each from a name surgeons already know, and each still advancing what its category can do. Every one is regenerative: it doesn’t simply fill a gap or hold a repair, it works with the patient’s own biology to rebuild what was lost. A magnesium bone replacement solution that efficiently remodels bone. A hyaluronic-acid tissue implant, scientifically proven to regenerate damaged tendon. An allograft fixation screw milled from human cortical bone that becomes the patient's bone over time. A graft of gently decellularized human dermis that effectively heals the most difficult of wounds. Four different technologies, the same intent — the body healing as itself.

These are operating-room products, selected by Scott for a single reason: each one measurably improves recovery, helping patients move sooner and stay moving longer. We don’t carry a catalog. We carry what we’d want used on the people we love.

Integrity First. Patient First. Always.

Who We Are

S White Card.png

Scott Stojetz — Owner / Principal, Lotus Medical

Scott brings nearly thirty years in medical device to Lotus Medical, including nineteen years at Medtronic in neurologic technologies and five years at Globus, selling surgical robotics for spine and cranial surgery. Across those decades, one thread held throughout: technology matters only to the degree it makes a patient well.

That conviction is why he built Lotus. Born and raised in Northeast Ohio — Lake Catholic High School, then Ohio University — Scott created the company to bring the most advanced regenerative orthopedic biologics to the surgeons and patients of his own community: implants and therapies chosen to help people heal with their own biology and get back to their lives sooner. For Scott, it's meaningful work, and it's the entire point of Lotus Medical: integrity first, patient first, always.

Away from the OR, Scott is a published author of four books — among them Temple and The Built Leader, on building a centered life and leading from it. He's a yogi, and he lives by a simple code: be kind and tell the truth. Scott is blessed with his wife, Jamie; his daughter, Mackenzie, and three sons, Seth, Greyson, and Jace.

John Callahan — Vice President, Sales, Lotus Medical

John partners with orthopedic surgeons and their teams across general reconstruction, trauma, foot and ankle, and upper extremities, bringing the most advanced regenerative solutions into the OR and standing behind every case. His path to medical device runs straight through human performance: a highly decorated all-state Division I football player at Hudson High School, John went on to study exercise science and kinesiology at the University of Mount Union and Kent State University, and earned his Performance Specialist certification through Exos. He spent years as a strength-and-conditioning and performance coach before moving into the medical field — so he understands movement, recovery, and exactly what it takes to get an athlete, or any patient, back to the life they love.

That background shapes how he works. John brings a serving, gracious attitude to every relationship and treats a surgeon's trust as something earned daily. Rooted in Northeast Ohio, he's a genuine asset to the surgeons, their teams, and the patients they serve — the kind of partner who shows up, listens first, and makes everyone around him better.
